It is really easy, as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Choose what you would like: Choose or Select all the Menu you’d like to order. You can search by Category name, tags, dish name or by keyword. Then you Add them to Cary.

2. Tell us where and who you are: Enter your Details and location so that we know where we will deliver your Menu to. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.

3. Select Your Preferred Payment Method: Select your payment method and Submit your Order.

Now sit back, relax, and one of our Staff will contact you within 2-10min to confirm your Order and we will get it delivered.

After you place your order and we receive it from our end, we will call you to confirm the order.

If we didn’t call you within 10mins of your order, it might be a glitch in network that is delaying your order from dropping at our end, pls contact us on (203)809-9310 through call or chat with your order details and we will start preparing it immediately.

Our restaurants will do everything they can to get your food delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes we receive very large amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in heavy traffic – this unfortunately might cause delays.

If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time (30-45mins), you can contact us and we’ll let you know what’s going on.

If you would like to cancel your order after it has been confirmed with us, please call our support team so that we can check if we have not begun preparation.

If we have begun preparing of the food, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order.

We have various online and offline payment methods available. You can check which payment methods to use at the point of checking-out. Some of the methods are as listed below:

  • Bank Transfer or Deposit
  • Cash (Payment) on Delivery
